Hello, my name is Annie Woolley and I am the Centre Director here at Montessori by Busy Bees at High Wycombe.

With 20 years of experience in Early Years, I hold a Level 3 in Early Years, Level 2 in Leadership and Management, as well as a Montessori qualification. I love the day-to-day life of the nursery and watching children grow into confident individuals, supporting and guiding them as they begin their learning journey.

I am committed to supporting every child's individual needs and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in SEND. I enjoy providing the right support for children and their families, helping to ensure a personalised and inclusive experience for everyone.

I look forward to welcoming you and your child and sharing in their exciting early years journey.
