Hi, my names Claire Griffin. I've worked in the childcare field for 20 years and have worked as a nursery Manager for 12 years.

I attended college when I left school and gained my level 3 Diploma in childcare and development. Since then I've continued to develop my knowledge with a range of training such as level 3 nominated safeguarding lead, Paediatric first aid and I also completed my level 3 NVQ in management.

Throughout my childcare career I've loved working with all age children and gaining a range of experience from working as a nursery nurse, room senior and deputy manager.
I've recently moved to High Wycombe with my husband and 2 daughters and had to make the difficult decision to leave my last nursery due to the travel. However I'm over the moon and so excited to start my new role at Busy Bees and I'm  really looking forward to meeting everyone.
