Hi, my names Claire Griffin. I've worked in the childcare field for over 20 years and have worked as a nursery Manager for over 12 years.

I attended college when I left school and gained my level 3 Diploma in childcare and development. Since then I've continued to develop my knowledge with a range of training such as level 3 nominated safeguarding lead, Paediatric first aid and I also completed my level 3 NVQ in management.

Throughout my childcare career I've loved working with all age children and gaining a range of experience from working as a nursery nurse, room senior and deputy manager.
