Recently refurbished and bursting with character, our bright, spacious nursery in High Wycombe caters to babies, toddlers, and preschoolers alike, with dedicated rooms for each age group, packed with age-appropriate activities.

 Our nursery in High Wycombe is overseen by centre director Claire Griffin, who pours over twenty years of childcare experience into cultivating an engaging, nurturing environment that your little one will love.  

Eager to visit us? We're conveniently located at the heart of High Wycombe's town centre, on Abbey Way. (A40). We've got ample on-site parking, making drop-off and pick-up a breeze.  

Travelling on public transport? You've got plenty of options. Including: Easton Street (Stop E) bus stop on the 655 route  Town Hall (Stop T) bus stop, which is served by 8 P&R Cressex Connect, 101 Chiltern Hundreds, 814 and X74 buses High Wycombe railway station, which is a 10-minute walk away, running between Beaconsfield and Saunderton Need somewhere to stash bulky prams or pushchairs? We've got you. Pop them in our secure buggy store, ready for collection whenever you like.

Hi, my names Claire Griffin and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees at the Rye.

I've worked in the childcare field for over 20 years and have worked as a nursery Manager for over 12 years.

I attended college when I left school and gained my level 3 Diploma in childcare and development. Since then I've continued to develop my knowledge with a range of training such as level 3 nominated safeguarding lead, Paediatric first aid and I also completed my level 3 NVQ in management.

Throughout my childcare career I've loved working with all age children and gaining a range of experience from working as a nursery nurse, room senior and deputy manager.

Busy Bees Nursery at The Rye has been a wonderful find for our family. The staff are warm, patient and genuinely care, and our little one settles in happily each day. It’s been ideal for our weekday routine, and we’ve seen such lovely progress in confidence and play.
