Meet the Team

Hello, my name is Nikita and I am the Centre Director and SENCO here at Busy Bees Wirral Thurstaston.

I have worked within the Early years sector for some time now. I am a fully qualified Early years educator and recently completed my degree in Learning, Development and Support. I have received countless of training opportunities which has provided me with the skills and knowledge to support individual children's care needs & their learning and development. I am a hands on manager and will often be seen working alongside my staffing team within the base rooms. I am committed to my role and will always go above and beyond.
