Hi my name is Rachael Davies, I am the centre Director here at Wirral Thurstaston. I have over 14 years experience in early years and currently hold a level 2 and 3 in childcare, level 4 in management and I also have a level 2 in teaching assistant. I have loved each step of progressing from apprentice to Manager. I am very hands on and always like to have a strong relationship with all children, parents and staff in my centre.
