Meet the Team

Hello my name is Emma and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Jersey Leeward. I have been in childcare for 23 years working in this setting for 21 of these years.

I have completed my Level 3 CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education and have my CMI Management & Leadership levels 3 & 5. I also have my City and Guilds working with Parents Qualification.

Working in partnership with parents is very important to us and we strive to build these important relationships from the moment we meet, to build trust and confidence in the care and education that we provide to the children in our care. We provide an environment where children feel safe and secure to develop to their full potential whilst supporting their individual needs.
