I have been working in the early years sector since 2013, with a strong passion for supporting children's development. My journey began as a SEN Assistant, and over the years, I progressed to a managerial role. For the past five years, I have been managing various nurseries, gaining extensive experience in leading teams and ensuring high-quality care and education. Now, I am excited to have been given the opportunity by Busy Bees to continue growing and making a positive impact in the early years sector.
