I started my journey with Busy Bees in 2019 at Kenton Preston Hill Centre as a Pre School Room leader and progressed as Third In charge and Health & Safety lead. Busy Bees recognised my potential and gave me the opportunity by sponsoring me for a Montessori course called Integrating Montessori Practice by Montessori Centre International and that was the time when I fell in love with Montessori ethos. Being a part of Montessori region in Busy Bees gives me a sense of pride as Montessori believes that every child has the means to fully develop their potential and capacity to thrive in a changing world through.

I have always been valued by the leadership, team , parents and most importantly children. 

Busy Bees helped me develop professionally and personally over the years.

In 2023, I joined the team as Centre Director at Montessori by Busy Bees, Preston Hill and the way I was welcomed in this role by the team was astonishing.
