From creative activities and stories to music, art and early mathematics, children have plenty of opportunities to explore their interests and develop important skills through play. We also support children through key stages of their development, including their transition towards school.

Our nursery provides a range of engaging spaces and resources designed to support children at different stages of their development. Children can enjoy creative and sensory experiences, project-based learning and opportunities to explore topics such as science, history and geography, alongside plenty of outdoor play.

Our secure outdoor area gives children space to be active, explore their independence and enjoy fresh air, while our team provide support tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Located on Otley Road, our Headingley nursery is easy to spot from the road and conveniently positioned for families living and working in the surrounding area. We have ample on-site parking for straightforward drop-offs and collections.

For families travelling by public transport, local bus routes including the 1, 6, 7, N1 and PH2 stop just outside the nursery, making us easily accessible without a car.

What
Leeds Headingley
parents say

I cannot thank the team enough for accommodating us. We had to change the arrangements for my daughter and it was just so fortunate that the centre manager was great at communication and invited us for a viewing right away. Though the place isn't as shiny and new like others we have seen, the warmth and support are all there so much so that after a month, our child now runs up to the member of staff when we drop her off. This clearly demonstrate how comfortable and secure she is at the care being provided! Thank you so much Busy Bees Headingley!

This nursery is a SEN parent's dream! My autistic son attends and I'm incredibly grateful for the care he receives. He has severe autism and is non-verbal but the staff go above and beyond to understand and support his SEN needs. They are extremely patient with him, very supportive and understanding, and always treat him with kindness. I notice from his behaviour that he is well cared for as he always hugs his key workers, and he laughs excitedly when I pull into the car park. His key workers have put so much effort into understanding him as an individual, including learning how he prefers to be fed and how he likes things done so he feels comfortable and secure. When he began having breathing problems, the team completed asthma training so they could support him safely. It's heartwarming to know he is somewhere the staff genuinely care about him. He's always happy and having fun in his nursery photos. I'm grateful beyond words for the professionalism and dedication of the staff!
