Nursery in Letchworth

As a new parent, choosing a nursery was a big decision, but I couldn't be happier with our experience so far. My child is in the baby room and the staff have been incredibly friendly, caring, and accommodating from day one. They always take the time to reassure me that my baby is settling well, which has made such a difference to my confidence. Every member of staff is welcoming and always has a smile on their face. The children all look happy, content, and very well looked after. It's clear this is a nurturing and positive environment, and I'm so grateful to have found it.

My daughter Sasha has been going for nearly a year and they are absolutely brilliant. They are always doing new exciting things and keeping her occupied. They are so attentive and are just phenomenal with her. I can't say thank you enough and feel like we are so lucky to have Sasha there. Thank you to everyone.

My son started at Busy Bees in August 2025, and the staff have been absolutely amazing. He has multiple food allergies, and the management team at the Letchworth branch carried out a thorough risk assessment before his start date. Thanks to their diligence, he has never had an allergic reaction there-something we thought would be almost impossible to avoid, but they've managed it flawlessly! This has given us tremendous peace of mind, and he truly loves everyone at the nursery. They even support his physiotherapy, which has been a huge help for his motor skills development. The activities they provide are fantastic, and we really appreciate all the photo updates. The app is incredibly useful, especially during those early days when you're anxious about how your child is settling in. The nursery itself is lovely, clean, welcoming, and with an amazing garden. We would wholeheartedly recommend Busy Bees to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and engaging environment.

Our child has been at Busy Bees since November 2025. We absolutely love this nursery - the facilities are extensive, clean, bright and interactive. The nursery workers are caring, energetic and detailed when providing updates on how our child is doing. The management is responsive, professional, efficient, caring and empathetic. Our child is truly thriving and developing at a pace we couldn't have imagined and the nursery feels like a home away from home. We're so pleased we found this nursery!

My daughter has been attending this nursery for almost 2 years now. We are very happy with her progress and with the overall care that she receives on a daily basis. She enjoys going there. Staff are very nice and reliable and really care about children's wellbeing. I would use it again and highly recommend it as a parent.

I have 2 children attending nursery and I am really happy with the service, the key persons for my children are amazing and management of this place runs like clockwork, what I really like is that they are accommodating and helpful too- I am particularly impressed on the involvement directly from the Centre Director

My son has been at busy bees for more than 2 years. He loves going in and the staff are always so attentive. There are always different activities and themes/ focus areas. When he had a mild delay in speech the key worker worked with him to encourage his speech. There is virtually no staff turnover so all the staff even from other rooms know my son which is comforting. The management are very active and approachable. I would highly recommend!

Our child has been at Busy Bees Letchworth since January 2023 and I cannot fault it. Going back to work earlier than expected, the Centre Director made a huge effort to accommodate us. Our child's key workers in every room have been kind and loving to them, and personable and communicative with us. We've watched not only our child, but other children in the setting grow in confidence and social skills. They all wave and say hello to the parents and are kind to each other. Any difficult phases have been worked through with the nursery, with the team offering solutions and support. Care is given to not only to our child but the whole family. Staff take the time to get to know parents and siblings as well in order to offer a fully rounded support system to each child. Finally, the development of young staff is incredible. Young people often struggle with shyness and communication, and we have loved watching the youngest staff be developed into confident, knowledgeable professionals.
