Hello, my name is Jennifer MacMillan and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees Livingston Village.
I have over 19 years’ experience working with children and young people in various roles and have worked with all age ranges. I have completed my BA Childhood Practice degree and, I have completed my SVQ assessors award where I have supported candidates through their own childcare qualifications.
Before starting Busy Bees in Livingston, I was a successful childminder who was awarded Excellence in my last inspection. I am a very passionate about working at Livingston Village and I am here to ensure the children receive a high-quality service and that the staff are provided with the right guidance and support to excel within their roles.
