Our spacious, well-equipped nursery has been thoughtfully designed around the different stages of children’s development, with age-appropriate rooms where children can learn and explore through play. Our dedicated sleep room provides a calm, comfortable space for our youngest children to rest when they need it, while our qualified teacher supports learning and development in preschool.

Children also have access to our outdoor garden throughout the day, with plenty of space to play, explore and enjoy fresh air. For families, we have secure on-site parking and a handy buggy store to make drop-offs and collections as convenient as possible.

Located on Cooke Close, just off Wilsthorpe Road, our nursery is within easy driving distance of the M1 and around a 15-minute walk from Long Eaton train station. We’re also close to West Park, providing a pleasant setting with plenty of green space nearby.

Hi my is Laura and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees Long Eaton.

I have been working at the nursery since 2008 and have progressed through the positions of the Centre starting off as a qualified Early Years Educator and worked my way up to become the Centre Director.

Busy Bees have given me the opportunity to attend and access a variety of different training events to develop myself and my own professional development which I can share with my staff team gaining a wealth of knowledge.

We work hard as a team to ensure the children are provided with high quality learning opportunities, always striving for the best. I thoroughly enjoy my role and I am passionate about the nursery and I am fully committed to providing the best for the children within our care giving them the best start in life.

I look forward to meeting you and your family and welcoming you into our outstanding nursery!
