Hi, my name is Laura and I am one of the Centre Directors here at Busy Bees Maidstone Hospital.

I have worked at the Centre for 20 years starting my journey as a student and progressing through the career stages.  I spent many of my years in the 0-2 age group and have a passion for working in the early years with a special focus on the curriculum and learning aspect.  I had been alongside Charlotte the Assistant Centre Director for 5 years before undertaking the Centre Director role in May 2026. I hold an NVQ 4 in childcare, I'm one of the nurseries designated safeguarding leads and hold a paediatric first aid and first aid at work status.

My name is Charlotte and I am also one of the Centre Directors here at Busy Bees Maidstone Hospital.

I have been working for the company for 24 years starting my journey at the old site before moving to this Centre in 2005.  I began as a qualified early years practitioner and worked my way through the career stages and was the Assistant Centre Director for 13 years before undertaking the joint Centre Director role alongside Laura in May 2026.  I hold and NVQ 4 in childcare, I'm one of the nurseries designated safeguarding leads and hold a paediatric first aid and first aid at work status.
