Hello, I am Emma and am the Centre Director for Maidstone Hospital. 

I have been working at Busy Bees since May 2013 and have supported a number of settings. I was the Centre Director at Brompton until August 2021 in which we achieved an 'Outstanding' Judgement with Ofsted in January 2019. 

I have moved across to Maidstone Hospital to embark on a new venture which I am very excited about. 

I have a level 4 in childcare and management and have been in a managerial role across other settings since March 2004. I am dedicated, hardworking and very passionate about what I do and love sharing that vision at the setting with the team to ensure the little people we care and nurture for everyday are getting the absolute best they deserve. 

I have a beautiful daughter who is growing up too fast, but makes me proud everyday how she copes with her type 1 Diabetes since being diagnosed at the age of 5. It just goes to show the strength and determination these little people have, developing into their own characters which I am proud to be a part of.
