Hello I’m Claire and I am the Nursery Manager for Milton Keynes Hospital.

I have worked for Busy Bees since 2004 and have been in the childcare sector for 24 years. I started as a Qualified Early Years Educator in 2004 at Busy Bees Oldbrook and have worked my way up the career ladder to become a Nursery Manager. I hold a NNEB in Childcare and Education and a level 4 in Leadership and Management. I am an enthusiastic and passionate manager who is always prepared to go that extra mile to improve and develop the care for our children, parents and staff. I enjoy being able to watch all the children grow and develop through the nursery, build great partnerships up with the parents and work alongside the staff team to provide outstanding care. I really enjoy learning new information which I can then share with the staff and put in place in the nursery to ensure all families are receiving the best support and the children are receiving the best start in life. The best part of my job is meeting new children and parents and supporting them with their transition into nursery, I love to see the children learn, grow and develop into happy confident independent little people ready for school.
