Busy Bees Saxon Street is a fantastic day care setting in Milton Keynes with 5 spacious well-equipped rooms designed around children’s individual needs and interests. In our baby room, we have a separate sleeping area where our babies can sleep peacefully while the older children can continue to learn and explore their environments. The bright and stimulating spaces offer a wide range of resources available both indoors and outdoors. Gardens are an extension from the children's base rooms and each age group has access to its own garden area. The free flow system in place supports children's independence. There are lots of opportunities for the babies and children to explore, create and enjoy extracurricular activities such as yoga, teddy tennis, and football.  

The qualified and experienced team at our nursery in Milton Keynes are passionate about giving each child a head start in life. They ensure children experience a home feel atmosphere that enables them to learn in a free flow environment while following their interests and building their confidence and personalities. We also pride ourselves in building excellent relationships with parents and we are always available to offer advice, suggestions and support to all parents, as well as reassurance when leaving your precious bundle for the first time.

At our Busy Bees Saxon Street nursery in Milton Keynes, the fees you pay are inclusive of all meals, drinks and snacks which are prepared fresh each day on site by our nursery chef. Our children enjoy delicious home cooked food which is nutritionally balanced and healthy. Our 4-week rolling menu includes fresh, seasonal produce allowing our children to experience a wide variety of tastes, textures, flavours, and colours within their meal. We are also fully equipped to provide food for children with allergies or intolerances as well as cultural preferences and we always provide a vegetarian option to meat dishes. If your child has any specific dietary requirements or allergies, please make the nursery staff aware and they will be happy to discuss other delicious alternatives for your child.

At Busy Bees, we understand the importance of a healthy, balanced diet, and the impact that nutritious food can have on children’s health and well-being. Here is a short example of what you could expect your child to eat at our Milton Keynes day nursery: 

Breakfast 

Seasonal fresh fruit with a selection of cereal or porridge.  

Snack

Seasonal fresh fruit, wholemeal toast or other baked goods, with a drink of either milk or water.  

Lunch 

Garlic bread to start, followed by lasagne/vegetable lasagne with a salad, with a drink of water. 

Afternoon Snack

Seasonal fresh fruit or vegetable sticks, with a drink of either milk or water. 

Early Evening Snack

A toasted sandwich with a variety of fillings served with cucumber sticks, followed by apple and sultanas, with a drink of water.

Our nursery is easily accessible by bus, train, or car to and from all main commuter routes but not via the hospital entrances. At Busy Bees Saxon Street, we have ample on-site car parking as well as a handy buggy store for those arriving on foot.
