My name is Gemma Fowler and I am the Centre Director.

I started my journey at Busy Bees Norwich Thorpe in April 2007. I hold my NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and my Level 3 in Leadership & Management. I have worked my way up from Nursery Nurse to Centre Director. As the Centre Director of Busy Bees Norwich Thorpe I am committed to providing high quality childcare in a safe stimulating environment. Myself and my staff team are passionate about working in partnership with parents and providing the best start in life. I look forward to welcoming you into our Busy Bees family.
