What
Nottingham City Hospital
parents say

Busy Bees has been a wonderful positive experience for my daughter and our family. She has learnt so much and gained confidence and skills along the way. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to, she has been there since she was 15 months and each room and staff have been knowledgeable, calm and creative. The app is a great and easy way to keep up to date with what she is doing, knowing what elements of the curriculum they are covering and gives ideas of ways we can follow on teaching at home. Special shout out to Sukhi and Lucy, her current and previous keyworkers with whom we formed a lovely bond with and I felt able to ask any questions or gain support from. Thank you to everyone we will miss it at Busy Bees! Thank you!

Our son has settled in well at Busy bees, and we’re generally happy with the level of care he receives. The staff are attentive, and he seems to enjoy his time there. However, we’ve noticed he’s frequently catching colds, which is a concern. Additionally, we’re not entirely happy with the policy of being charged for days when he’s either on holiday or off sick. Although we recognise the need for consistent income, we believe the policy of charging for both holidays and sick days should be reconsidered
