My name is Natasha,  I been working in the childcare sector since 2006. I enjoy leading my enthusiastic team who provide quality childcare and earning experiences for the children in our centre. I have a level 5 in leadership and management and access various other training to support my job role. I also hold first aid at work, paediatric first aid, food hygiene and designated safeguarding lead.
