My name is Emma, and I am a long-standing member of the Busy Bees family with continuous service since 2014. I began my Busy Bees journey as a qualified Nursery Nurse before working my way in the carer ladder to become Centre Director. I am also a Mum; I have two wonderful boys who in turn have each given me a wealth of knowledge and experience.  

I hold a CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education. I have also completed courses Leadership and Management, Senco training, First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene.
I have always been passionate about my childcare. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing children achieve and grow as they develop their own little personalities. I like to ensure that this is at the forefront of what I do, and that this passion can be embedded into my staff team, to ensure we are delivering the highest standards to the children we care for and that are given as many learning opportunities as possible.

I also pride myself on communication and partnership with parents and welcome an open-door policy at the nursery where parents can come and speak to me about even the smallest of things.
