Hello! I’m Vicki, the Centre Director at Busy Bees Rugby.

I’ve been part of the Busy Bees family since 2014, starting as the Assistant Centre Director here. I hold a Foundation Degree in Parents, Families, and Community Health, along with a Level 3 qualification in management.

 As a parent myself, I understand the joy of watching my child engage with all the wonderful Bee Curious activities we offer. 

I’m truly passionate about supporting every child to get the best start in life. I believe that the relationships formed between our staff, children, and parents at nursery are incredibly special and lasting. 

There’s nothing more fulfilling than witnessing our children’s learning and development during their time with us. I can’t wait to meet you and embark on this exciting journey together here at Rugby!
