My name is Chantel Lee, and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees Sale. Originally from Busy Bees Hyde, my professional journey commenced in 2018 where I attended Busy Bees as a parent with my own two children.  From observing the passionate and enthusiastic practitioners I knew that this was what I wanted to do as a career and started my qualification’s working through both my Level 2 and Level 3.  

I am currently completing my Level 5 Early Years Lead practitioner qualification.  This is because I believe we never stop learning and I enjoy gaining new skills and knowledge.  I believe this is what children should always be encouraged to do, to learn and gain new skills through a range of fun and engaging activities.  I am also passionate about practitioners meeting their full potential, and actively encourage their professional development through further training.

I look forward to getting to know all the families at the Sale Centre and supporting the team to provide outstanding Early Years Education for every child in the nursery. Please feel free to speak to me about any ideas on how we can continue to improve the provision we provide.
