My name is Emma and I started my Busy Bees journey in 2023. I started working in the Early Years sector over 15 years ago. I have a BA (HONS) in Primary Education and hold a teaching background working in primary schools. I have been within the management sector for 12 years.
I am a parent myself and have a little girl who dances all over the UK in young youth dance championships and support this dance group where possible outside of work. 

I aim to make each of your children’s nursery experience one to remember by having lots of fun.
I am passionate about the development of children and helping children learn and grow. I enjoy building positive parent partnerships. I am very hands on and i am keen to support all team members and children.
