Caroline joins us from Busy Bees Warwick, where she worked since the nursery's opening in February 2017. During her time at Warwick, Caroline showcased exceptional childcare credentials. As Warwick’s assistant manager and SENCO, Caroline played a key role in the nursery achieving Outstanding Ofsted status. With over 10 years childcare experience and a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies, Caroline was the obvious choice to be appointed as manager at Selly Oak.
