Busy Bees South Wigston is a converted two storey building, located in the heart of South Wigston. The nursery is set back in a nice quiet location boasting a large outdoor area for the children to explore. 

We have 3 base rooms related to age and stage of development each having their own separate dining room which doubles up as a craft room providing the children with ample opportunity for learning opportunities.

Located close to South Wigston train station and only five miles from Leicester city centre, our nursery is conveniently located for parents travelling from surrounding areas and within striking distance of Fosse Park and the M1 / M69 motorways. On-site car parking for collection and drop off and a buggy store is available for parents arriving on foot.

The nursery staff team are very passionate about what they do; many of them have been in the childcare sector all their working lives. Our staff are either level 3 qualified or working towards a qualification. Staff have a range of other qualifications including, safeguarding, first aid at work, paediatric first aid, food hygiene. We have a dedicated training team at our Head Office!

Hi, my name is Vicky Wells and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Leicester, South Wigston.

I have worked within the Early Years sector for over 20 years and have experience working with children aged 6 weeks- 5 years old. I graduated with a BA Honours Degree and Early Years Professional Status, Which has enabled me to ensure my knowledge of the sector is up to date. 

I am really proud to be apart of the Busy Bee's family and here at Leicester, South Wigston we have a dedicated and enthusiastic team who strive to provide the children with the best start possible. I look forward to welcoming you to our nursery.
