Director

Natasha Welham Clarke

Hi, my name is Natasha Welham Clarke and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees Stoke Gifford.

The most rewarding part of working in Early Years is seeing children grow in confidence and celebrating all the little milestones along the way. I enjoy creating opportunities for children to be curious, try new things and develop new skills through their everyday experiences.

I value the strong relationships we build with children, families and our team. By working together, we can create a welcoming environment where children feel happy, supported and excited to learn.

Bee Curious guides every moment in our nursery, from caring routines to planned activities, placing the unique child and their key person at the heart of learning. From encouraging independence at mealtimes, to supporting friendships in the playground, to celebrating every milestone with enthusiasm, our curriculum sparks a love of learning from the very beginning.
