My name is Abi Fordham and I am the Centre Director, I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, so Carly Briody my Assistant Centre Director steps up on Wednesdays.  

I started in childcare by accident actually and I very quickly realised I loved it and wanted to pursue a career. I done my Level 3 qualification through the Busy Bees training team and they were so supportive, making the course as easy as it could be! Once qualified I got a promotion to Room Manager and done my Level 3 Leadership and Management qualification. From then I was promoted to Senior Room Manager and I then came to Stotfold as an Assistant Centre Director. After gaining some experience I worked hard to get the Centre Director role. I am now a Mum to an amazing little boy who enjoys nursery life as much as me! I feel lucky to be able to make a change in these little peoples lives and give them the best start! Seeing each child’s journey be so unique and different is incredible!
