Welcome to Busy Bees Stotfold! Our nursery is based in a big redbrick building that was an old farm house, right at the heart of Stotfold.

No two days are ever the same here, they're always packed with excitement and opportunities for your child to thrive during their important early years.

The nursery features large, light and airy rooms, which help to create a welcoming ˜home from home' atmosphere for the children. These rooms are split into age groups: babies, toddlers and preschool children. This means the children can learn and play with others at a similar stage in their development journey.  

There's always plenty to keep the children happy and engaged from toys to help them with their fine motor skills to quiet corners, where they can read their favourite story books. We also have an outdoor space, where they can explore and learn under the supervision of our nursery team. 

You'll find our Stotfold nursery in the heart of the town centre on High Street - it's really easy to reach either by car or on foot.  

Arriving by public transport? High Street is home to a number of bus stops, including the Co-Operative (served by 96, 96A and 97 buses), and the Post Office (served by W1, W4, W8 and WX buses), which are just a short walk from our centre.  Coming to us by car?  We've got lots of on-site parking, so you can pick-up and drop-off safely and easily. 

At Busy Bees, we look to nurture your child's curiosity for learning. Our Bee Curious curriculum helps to prepare children for the next big step in their journey, the move to primary school. Everything we do is tailored around the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to help your little one get the best start. Carly Harness

Hello, my name is Carly Harness and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees at Stotfold. 

I am passionate about helping young people reach important milestones, encouraging their curiosity, and promoting positive behaviour through patience, understanding and consistency. Working in childcare has shaped who I am,  responsible, caring and committed to making a positive difference in every child's day.

I have dedicated my career to working in childcare, developing a strong foundation of knowledge, experience, and compassion for supporting children's growth. Over the years, I have worked with children of various ages, creating safe, nurturing and engaging environments where they can learn, explore and build confidence. My hands-on experience has allowed me to understand each individual child's needs while building trusting relationships with both children and families. I continue to grow professionally, always seeking new skills and knowledge to provide the highest quality of care.

Open 52 weeks a year, Busy Bees Stotfold helps support families around the demands of work and everyday life.
