Nursery in Sutton Coldfield

My daughter started in January 2026 and she is always happy and cared for by the amazing team. She always smiling and loves being at nursery and is already learning so much. Forever grateful ☺️

My son started here a year ago today. The staff ensured a smooth transition from the home environment. As any parent, my anxiety was over the roof, but this was the first and only nursery I checked for him. I immediately felt connected with the staff in the baby room at the time, as my son grew, staff always made sure he is getting the best quality service for his development. The current management also goes above and beyond to ensure the children have the best start in life, even with little support from outside. I could not recommend it highly enough. Very happy with all sides of the experience.

Our daughter loves coming to nursery and talks about her peers and staff with great fondness. Since Busy Bees started their new Bee Curious curriculum, my daughter talks to us about the word of the moment and what it means ans is always singing new rhymes. The communication I received is very good and I get a lot of updates via the Parent zone app. Her key person is very devoted and provides us with lots of relevant information, lots of photos are posted on the parent zone app too, I enjoy being able to see what she has been doing throughout the day. The Busy Bees team are wonderful. If I have anything negative to say it would be in regard to the menus as they don't really appeal to all. I would love to see a wider variety of fruit on offer and less bread. It would be nice to see a wider range of breakfasts and snacks available.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and assured that my baby would be in good hands. The staff seem patient and genuinely care about my baby’s development and well-being. My toddler has been attending for 6 months and the activities are well-planned and engaging, and the environment is always clean and safe. The communication is excellent, and I always feel informed about her progress and daily activities. I highly recommend Sutton Coldfield Playtime (Busy Bees) to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their little ones.

My daughter's been going here since she was 1 yeas old and she's almost 3 now. Staff are lovely when I first sent my daughter here, I had such bad anxiety and the main thing for me as parent was worrying how they interact with the children when im not around. Lets be honest that's every parent's silent concern. I Can honestly say it's amazing my daughter has been thriving and staff are so loving and calm, they've supported my daughter's milestones such as her toilet training, her learning and even things she's scared off such as bugs and spiders. If I've ever had a problem they always make sure to take time with Aniyah if theres something she's not confident with. Obviously everyone knows Laurie is my favourite lol she's the best and been with us from the beginning. My daughter absolutely adores her but all the girls I've seen and even observe with other peoples children are all great. Aniyahs has 1 year left and I'll be sad to see her leave this nursery

The staff are great. They become like a family for us. Our kid love to be there. Our mind and heart are always relaxed during the whole week thanks to Busy Bees :)
