The centre is divided into three rooms, each tailored to a specific age range, meaning your little one will have access to age-appropriate activities, and progress at the same time as their new friends. 

Busy Bees Thames Ditton is overseen by Catherine Corry, who’s personally involved in all aspects of the centre, from activities to approving menus.

Funded Childcare
We offer government funded places for children aged 2 to 4 years, please speak to the Centre Director for more information.

Teacher
We have a fully qualified Teacher in our pre-school room who delivers exciting learning opportunities, whilst ensuring statutory and legal welfare requirements are met for every child.

Foundation Class
The foundation class nurtures each child's natural curiosity within a structured framework providing pre-school children with an early introduction to school life.

Getting good, healthy, and nutritious food is something we care about at Busy Bees Thames Ditton. Not only does providing healthy food in a nursery set the foundation for healthy eating habits, but it’s also super important to fuel good growth and development.  

The fees you pay are inclusive of all meals, drinks, and snacks, which are also prepared on-site by our nursery chef.

Breakfast

Fresh fruit with a selection of cereal or porridge.  

Morning Snack

Fresh fruit with wholemeal toast or baked goods, with a drink of milk or water. 

Lunch 

Cheese straws followed by either chicken pasta or blackeye beans and vegetable pasta with green beans, with a drink of water. 

Afternoon Snack

Fresh fruit or vegetable sticks with a drink of milk or water. 

Early Evening Snack

Baked beans on toast followed by rice pudding with apple sauce, with a drink of water.

Our Fees

We believe in an open and transparent approach to nursery fees. Click the button below for weekly, daily, and session rates for our exceptional childcare.

Did you know Busy Bees also offers government-funded childcare? If eligible, you could be entitled to up to 570 or 1140 hours of funded childcare, depending on your eligibility and your child's age, each year for your child. Preparing for School

In order to best prepare the children for the next big chapter of their lives, Busy Bees do all that they can to support and celebrate the transition. All of the planned activities and experiences which take place within our Busy Bees Nursery in Thames Ditton are designed to provide a foundation of skills that will help them grow in becoming confident and capable learners.

We’re conveniently located a short walk (or car journey) from the centre of Thames Ditton. (You can’t miss us. We’re next door to the library.) 

Arriving on public transport? We’re served by several bus stops, the closest being just off Giggs Hill Road. 

Arriving on foot? No problem. We’ve got a handy buggy storage, where you can securely stash any bulky prams or strollers until collection.

"My daughter has attended Busy Bees since she was nearly two starting at one day and moving to three. Our experience of Busy Bees has just got better and better since she started. The staff are incredibly loving towards her and I know when I leave her and pick her up she is going to have a great day. The garden is gorgeous and in the warmer months they spend loads of time out there which she loves. In terms of warmth and care I really couldn't rate it highly enough. The staff always make an effort to think of new activities and there is something extra curricular every day they can do like football or playball which adds another nice dimension. I would really recommend Busy Bees TD."
