My name is Dan, and I am the Centre Director here at Tunbridge Wells.

I have been working in Early Years since 2008. I initially planned to train as a primary school teacher but I quickly found a passion for Early Years Education. Working in Early Years allowed me the opportunity to think on my feet to encourage the children that I work with to develop to their full potential. I have big interests in sport (especially football), cooking and music and I especially love  when I have the capability to build on these interests with the children. Having been in the industry for so long, in 2017 I made my first step into management and I love the impact that I can have on the staff team that I work with which ultimately gives the children the best possible experience.
