Nursery in Tunbridge Wells

Our daughter has been at Busy Bees for a year now and in that time we have moved from the baby room to the toddler room and she is absolutely thriving, despite some separation anxiety when we started and it taking a little while for her to settle she now absolutely loves going in and all the staff are wonderful, even the ones not in her room always make a point of saying hello to her and giving her a high five or stopping for a quick chat, everyone has been so patient and understanding and everyday she comes home a slightly more grown up version of herself with new songs to sing and chatting that little bit more. At times when things get a bit challenging I also have no complaints, the way they handled the recent water crisis in Tunbridge wells and did everything to keep the children safe was brilliant and so reassuring. I absolutely recommend this nursery and I am so happy this is where we chose to send our precious little girl.

We started on Busy Bees a year ago and our son has been extremely happy from the start. Staff have been great at accomodating our son's different medical issues and they are amazing with the kids. All the staff is very warm and polite, and they always greet us with a smile. Marc is learning and progressing and, as parents, we are told all details regarding his days at Busy Bees. We are so happy with the choice we made!

Staff always friendly and saying Hello to the children on drop off and Goodbye on collection. General vibe there is really lovely and honest. Any issues we've had have been communicated and resolved swiftly. Communication is everything and they communicate well.

Busy Bees Tunbridge Wells is a brilliant nursery. For us, it's local, friendly, and the staff really care about the kids. Our son (20 months) is very happy here. His room manager was integral to him settling in, and really helped us at the start when it was new for all of us. The staff have always been helpful and supportive of his development, and we've seen him learn new skills, improve in his speech and become super sociable since attending.

My child started in August a couple of hick ups which is to be expected and again they have had to get to know my child. I have found that the nursery have been fantastic with my child and I have felt they have been supportive and understanding with him. I feel I can ask a lot of questions where they are understanding. Nothing is ever too much for the nursery which is great

Absolutely fantastic nursery, my little girl absolutely loves coming, they are always doing lots of activities, a really good sized garden which is used a lot, my little girl loves being outside. Good healthy meals. All staff are lovely and very attentive. Always kept up to date with what my child has done and eaten throughout the day. I think everyone should consider sending their child here.

My child has been attending Busy Bees since 2023, and we've been having a great experience since their time in the baby room, toddler room, and now in pre-school. From our first visit to the nursery, seeing how organised the rooms are, and with a good amount of dedicated areas, paired with friendly and dedicated staff, and happy children, made us confident to enrol our child there. I find they offer a great range of activities for the children, and different types of food. They also organise special events, like a month in which they celebrated a different country every day, which gives the children the chance to learn about other cultures and food. Most importantly, as a working parent, these activities don't require parents to do any extra work or pay extra which on busy schedules and pressing budgets we appreciate a lot. I always receive thoughtful and detailed comments about all my child has done during the day, and how they were feeling/behaving. Can't recommend enough.

Our son been attending Busy Bees Tunbridge Wells Silverdale since begin of the year, he developed so much and is making us proud parents thanks to his room manager and his key person who made a really good bond with. We've seen an amazing change in our son since his been with her. Thank you so much
