Meet the Team

Hi, my name is Sobia and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Watford.

I have worked within early years for over 14 years and have managed the Watford site since January 2017. I graduated from University in 2008 with my BA Honours in Early Years Education and most recently I have completed my EYPS. I am fully trained in pediatric first aid and I am the designated safeguarding lead for the centre. I am passionate about all children having the best start in life and I am proud that we deliver this every day in our nursery. Our nursery has been accredited as an Ofsted Outstanding provider and I am extremely proud of this achievement. I lead a highly qualified and motivated team who also share the same vision and passion for working with children. I have recently had a little boy of my own who also attends the nursery. As a mum and a Centre Director, I fully understand how precious our children are and I strive to ensure all our children are reaching their full potential. I look forward to welcoming you to our nursery.
