I’m Natalia, the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Watford Hospital.

I have worked in the early years sector for over 11 years, including the past three years in management. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for supporting children to feel confident, capable and valued, while ensuring they receive the highest standards of care, learning and development.
I previously worked for Busy Bees several years ago as a Deputy Manager, and I am delighted to have returned to the organisation in a Nursery Manager position. Having experience within Busy Bees previously has given me a valuable understanding of the organisation, while my wider experience has enabled me to bring new ideas, knowledge and leadership to my role.
My leadership approach is centred around fairness, consistency, accountability and respect. I believe that every child is unique and should be given the opportunity to develop their independence, make choices and build confidence in their own abilities. I strongly believe that children learn best when they are encouraged to take an active role in their learning and are supported by caring, knowledgeable and consistent adults.
As a manager, I have high expectations for myself and my team. I believe that clear boundaries, consistency and strong professional standards are essential in creating a safe and positive environment for children. I am a firm and structured leader, but I also believe in supporting my team, listening to their ideas and recognising the important contribution each individual makes to the nursery.
I recently relocated from London to Hemel Hempstead and am excited to be building my professional journey within the local community. I look forward to developing positive relationships with our children, families and wider team, and to creating a nursery environment where children feel safe, confident, independent and excited to learn.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and rescue dog, Lucky, who is very much part of the family
