Welcome to Busy Bees Wellingborough. My name is Laura and I’m the Centre Director. I have worked in Early Years for many years. I hold a Level 3 Childhood studies and am working towards a Level 5 qualification in Early Years Lead  Practitioner. I am the centres  Designated Safeguarding Lead and I also have a  Level 3 in Leadership and Management.

I am proud to lead the friendly Wellingborough team. We have a great balance of experience and skills. From long-standing leaders, qualified educators, enthusiastic apprentices, special educational needs educators, and a chef who truly goes above and beyond to ensure all our children are well fed (to their individual dietary need and stage) and not forgetting our friendly office manager who will assist you with the paperwork side of things. 

At Wellingborough, our centre vision is to create a safe, caring, nurturing centre. Promoting and teaching independence in preparation for school. Children, families, and team members will feel welcome and valued. And voices of everyone will be listened to.
