Our modern nursery in Weston Super Mare features 6 base rooms, filled with a range of toys and activities for your child to explore, including a fully-stocked reading corner, sand and water play, arts and craft stations, and home play area. Each room is designed with a specific age group in mind, meaning your little one can develop at their own pace, with support from our team. 

There’s even a huge secure outdoor play area, where they’ll have access to multi-purpose play equipment, trikes, playhouses and more—perfect for getting a daily dose of exercise.

We’re strong believers in learning through play, and our dedicated staff will support and encourage your child as they interact with toys designed to mimic real-world activities. There’s even a separate garden with a soft astro-turf surface, designed to protect your child as they explore. 

But it’s more than just play. We understand the importance of nurturing your child’s well-being, so they’ll also have access to a dedicated area to participate in yoga sessions, mindfulness, and physical fitness—all led by our experts.

Our Interactive Smart Board is used daily to bring learning to life and provides children with a hands-on approach with technology.

Funded Childcare
We offer government funded places for children aged 2 to 4 years, please speak to the Centre Director for more information.

Teacher
We have a fully qualified Teacher in our pre-school room who delivers exciting learning opportunities, whilst ensuring statutory and legal welfare requirements are met for every child.

Foundation Class
The foundation class nurtures each child's natural curiosity within a structured framework providing pre-school children with an early introduction to school life.

ParentZone
We keep families informed through ParentZone, an online learning journal platform, which can be accessed via a smartphone app.

UP
Exclusive to Busy Bees, UP is a learning and development app used by educators in our nursery and parents at home. Search ‘UP by Busy Bees’ on the app store to find out more.

We offer online booking for extra ad-hoc sessions at this nursery with Pebble.

Food at Busy Bees at Weston Super Mare

Children need healthy, balanced diets to thrive. But getting them to eat the right foods can be tricky. Our NHS-accredited menu is designed to meet all your little one’s nutritional needs, fuelling them for exploration. 

Got a specific dietary requirement? No problem. Simply speak with your centre director and we’ll accommodate your child’s needs. 

All food is freshly prepared on-site, so you can trust that your little one is enjoying healthy meals, as well as being introduced to new and exciting foods

The cost of all meals, snacks, and drinks is included in your standard nursery fees, so you don’t have to worry about any sneaky additional costs.

All of the planned activities and experiences which take place within our Busy Bees Nursery in Weston Super-Mare are designed to provide a foundation of skills that will help them grow in becoming confident and capable learners.
