Hello and welcome to Busy Bees in Weston-Super-Mare, my name is Becka and I am the Centre Director. I have worked in Early Years for over ten years and within that time I have achieved my Level 5 in leadership and management in Early Years, Level 2 in Play Work and Level 3 Early Years Education. 

I have worked across different settings in managerial and leadership positions throughout my career, and have gathered lots of experience working with various age groups. 

During my time working in Early Years, I have collated a wide SENCo knowledge and have a passion for supporting children to be the most confident version of themselves. I believe this is the most important stage before any child embarks on their journey to school. 

I enjoy working closely with my staff team, promoting a whole team approach and ensuring that children are provided with the best possible learning opportunities and play experiences at the setting.
