Hello and welcome to Busy Bees in Weston-Super-Mare. My name is Becka, and I am the Centre Director. With over ten years of experience in Early Years, I have attained a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Early Years, a Level 2 in Play Work, and a Level 3 in Early Years Education.
Throughout my career, I have held various managerial and leadership roles in different settings, gaining valuable experience with a wide age range of children.
During my time in Early Years, I have developed extensive knowledge as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) and am passionate about helping children become the most confident versions of themselves. I believe that this stage is crucial for every child's journey to school.
