My name is Lisa and I am the Centre Director. I have been in child care for 21 years and have been a manager since 2011.

I love many aspects of my role but the best is watching every child become an enthusiastic learner with confidence to try new experiences. My motto is we teach children how to think not what to think. Every child is given the best start in life.

Even though my son only attends on Thursdays and Fridays, I’ve noticed a lovely development in him since he started at the nursery. He’s always happy to go and seems to be learning and growing so well. The team has been amazing — so kind, professional, and truly attentive to each child. We love Busy Bees, our little girl has gained so much confidence since being there. The staff are always so welcoming and kind. We are regularly updated on our daughter’s progress via the app and love finding out what she’s been up to.
