Mihaela Fulga

Hello, my name is Mihaela and I'm the Centre Director at Busy Bees Enfield.

I have dedicated more than 30 years to working with children, beginning my training at just 14 years old. With both of my parents being teachers, education has always been a big part of my life and their passion inspired me to follow the same path. As a qualified teacher, I bring extensive experience and strong curriculum knowledge, and I am particularly passionate about creating warm, stimulating environments that nurture children's curiosity, language and confidence. As both a teacher and a parent, I understand the trust families place in us, so my priority is ensuring every child feels safe, secure and supported while receiving the very best early years experience.

Bee Curious guides every moment in our nursery, from caring routines to planned activities, placing the unique child and their key person at the heart of learning. We have been so so happy with busy bees Enfield. The staff are so friendly and it feels like they really get to know your child, they are incredibly helpful. Special mention to Kirsty as well as Farjana, Paige and Ellie in the baby room and Paloma, Lafdi and Kelsey upstairs.
