Hello, my name is Zoë and I’m the Centre Director at Busy Bees Woking, Knaphill.

I joined Busy Bees in 2012 while completing my Level 3 Childcare qualification and began working full time in the preschool room soon after. Over the years I progressed through roles including Room Manager, Third in Charge and Deputy Manager, before becoming Centre Director in 2022. I am passionate about widening children’s experiences and supporting them to be the best they can be, while creating a supportive and engaging environment where children feel valued, families feel welcomed and staff are encouraged to grow.

What
Woking
parents say

I have to say busy bees have been amazing with my son. The staff at Woking have really taken there time with my son, and his transition of his life have been amazing with busy bees really helping learn. If I have to nit and pick it would be communication can sometimes drop a little it’s hard finding answers out and sometimes staff don’t really know the answers. The room my son is son is quite dark too, it really needs to be inviting sometimes to toddlers and also new parents and I don’t see the vibes. Also more toys and toys and toys need to be there. It seems very minimalistic unless the staff keep it ultra clean you’d think the room should be hectic instead of minimal. These comments though don’t justify though how much Zoe the manager and her team give in services back. I praise you all and would definitely recommend to any new parent.

Lovely nursery with great staff who go above and beyond for the children, their passion and dedication shines through. My daughter was very happy at busy bees and got a great start in life here. Thank you all.
