Director

Tracy Leeves

Hello, my name is Tracy and I’m the Centre Director at Busy Bees Bexleyheath.

I have worked in the childcare sector for over 20 years. I started working in a Primary School as a Classroom Assistant and then became a Learning Support Assistant. I then joined Busy Bees as an Early Years Educator and worked my way up to become a Centre Director.

I hold a BTEC National Diploma and an NVQ Level 4 in Childcare and Education. I have also completed an Early Years Foundation Degree. I hold a current First Aid and Food Hygiene qualification.

At our nursery we make sure we maintain a good working relationship with all of our parents, meet each child’s individual needs and create learning opportunities for all the children. I have an open door policy for parents to discuss any aspect of their nursery life. All our parent’s opinions and suggestions matter.

I have a wealth of experience and have gained additional skills since opening this nursery in 2006. We have grown into a vibrant nursery that is now recommended by the Local Authority. Our top priority at the nursery is to care and educate all the children, giving the children additional support when they need it.

I have two children of my own and both the boys attended the nursery and now attend both Primary and Secondary school. My spare time is spent with the boys, taking them to their extra curricular clubs, weekend football matches or planned family days out.

Meet the amazing team
