Director

Briony Burley

Hello, my name is Briony Burley and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Leicester Bitteswell.

I have been working in childcare for 13 years. I began as a volunteer with Bush Babies at Busy Bees in Blaby and progressed onto doing an apprenticeship, where I gained level 2 and 3 qualifications.

I was then able to progress through room manager, senior room manager, and assistant centre director roles. I was transferred over to Bitteswell where I have been for three and half years and have been given the opportunity to take on the Centre Director role. Throughout my time at Busy Bees, I have been tasked with supporting other nurseries in day-to-day life and during OFSTED inspections.

I am very sociable and love to spend quality time with family and friends. I enjoy exploring new cities and countries.

Here at Bitteswell we take pride in our environment, creating exciting activities for the children and always consider each child's interests to support with their development. We strongly encourage parents to send in photos from home as they can be used to support children's learning.
Communication with parents is very important to us so we prioritise sending updates regarding activities, special dates, and photos of the children throughout the day.

Please come and book a tour so you can see our wonderful nursery and ask any questions you may have regarding Busy Bees Bitteswell.
