Our large, bright and welcoming rooms are thoughtfully prepared for babies, toddlers and pre-school children, providing age-appropriate environments where children can learn at their own pace. Inspired by Montessori education, our approach encourages children to make choices, develop practical skills and build confidence through hands-on experiences.

Our Montessori environments are carefully prepared with Montessori materials, role play resources, books and activity areas that encourage children to investigate, problem-solve and follow their individual interests. Rather than simply telling children how something works, Montessori learning gives them the opportunity to discover concepts for themselves through purposeful, hands-on activities.

Alongside our Montessori approach, our Montessori Bee Curious curriculum encourages children to ask questions, explore their surroundings and develop their natural curiosity. Our experiences are designed around each child's interests and stage of development, supporting them to become confident and independent learners.

Children can also enjoy a range of extra-curricular activities, including P.E, Music and Spanish lessons. Our fully qualified teacher provides additional support for children's learning and development, while our pre-school environment helps children build the confidence, independence and social skills they need as they prepare for their next step into primary school.

Our nursery is conveniently located on Fortune Green Road in West Hampstead, within easy reach of local transport links. Fortune Green Road is served by the 139 and 328 bus routes, while West Hampstead railway and Underground stations are approximately a 15-minute walk away. We also have a secure buggy store, making drop-offs and collections easier for families travelling on foot.

Hello, my name is Lucia Quiroga and I am the Centre Director here at Montessori by Busy Bees Fortune Green.

Here at our centre, we create a calm, caring and nurturing environment where children can feel secure, confident and at home. Our Montessori approach encourages children to explore, make choices and develop their independence through hands-on learning and carefully prepared experiences.

Busy Bees fortune Green is an amazing setting. The staff are lovely, caring and genuine people who actually care about the children. Every day the children have a variety of activities whilst also attending to children’s individual needs. I made a move from another busy bee setting to come here, it was the best decision I made and I wish I had done it sooner.

Both our children attend Busy Bees at Fortune Green and it's been an amazing experience! The team are lovely including the great chef. Our little ones are very happy there and it's given them a brilliant start.
