"My little boy went here from the age of 6 months and he never settled at all, I always found it very busy and not enough time for one to one with my little boy. On pick up my son was always upset as if he was relieved to be collected and there was always baby left crying at the door each time I was there. They once told me they did not have time to sit and comfort my son who was crying. Some staff were nice some just did not have time to listen to you, I always seemed rushed out at the end of my child’s session. My son is a very fussy eater and was almost always given the same food he DID not eat each day, there was no alternative offered even though I requested an alternative, I ended up packing food for him myself such as pouches and fruit. The nursery itself is beautiful but the whole atmosphere of the place threw me off. Very over priced for the services being received. "
