"The inconsistency in staffing is our biggest bug bear. Good staff continually leave for other nurseries. My child has had countless different room leaders. It has been disruptive for him and causes upset at drop off as a result. The app is also updated very inconsistently, there will be good patches then nothing for weeks. That said, the girls in the room are generally lovely and he does seem happy there "
"The staff are excellent and always lovely. There does tend to be quite a turn over f staff which means my child never really binds with their key person. Organisationally it always feels a bit chaotic but outcomes are generally the desired ones"
"Some very frustrating staffing challenges recently and the nursery has been left with no permanent management team, from what I understand anyway, however the staff that have been there throughout, particularly the key workers in the rooms, are brilliant. Professional, dedicated and friendly. My biggest critique would be the price, it's one of the most expensive nurseries in Godalming but currently the overall service they provide does not match that standard"
