"Our boy is always happy when we come to pick him up and we feel like he has a great relationship with his carers. This makes us feel at ease. His day is filled with so many fun activities that sometimes we feel he gets very bored on his home days with us! We always praise Busy Bees to our friends and family."
"Our child attends the 0-2 room and the staff are brilliant. Unfortunately we feel the facility lacks proper investment - the upstairs room where the 0-2 room is gets extremely hot and despite our requests for aircon units to make the room more comfortable for both the small children and the staff, nothing has been done since 2019 when our son attended the facility. Given busy bees is the most expensive early education provider in the area, the comfort of the children should be given. Generally speaking there is a lack of early childcare provision in the local area, and so we feel busy bees capitalises on this by charging increasingly higher rates, without investment in the facility or enhanced provision (e.g. no evidence of money spent on field trips for the children or taking activities into the centre that would come at a cost, but given the high day rates one might expect a higher standard of service and broader range of experiences to be provided.). More bang for your buck needed. "
