Busy Bees has been awarded the prestigious ‘Employer Commitment to Apprenticeships & Training’ award, in recognition of its dedication to developing the future pipeline of early years educators.
Outshining a record number of entries this year, Busy Bees stood out for its unwavering commitment to empowering apprentices through high-quality and engaging employer-led apprenticeship programmes.
The company was praised for fostering a people-first culture where apprentices are supported to build meaningful long-term careers, supported by a passionate operations team championing apprenticeships and training at the heart of the business.
Alongside its training provider, Busy Bees Education & Training, Busy Bees plans to recruit over 500 new apprentices this year, building on its existing cohort of over 1,500 apprentices across more than 357 nurseries in the UK.
These new roles will be based in Busy Bees’ centres nationwide, offering candidates the opportunity to earn Level 2, 3, or 5 qualifications in Childcare and Education.
Busy Bees’ dedication to investing in the future of early years has also been nationally recognised, with the company ranked in the top five of two of the country’s most prestigious apprenticeship rankings: The Sunday Times Top 100?Apprenticeship?Employers?2025?and the Department for Education.
