Frequently Asked Questions

Please don't hesitate to reach out! Our UK acquisitions team, Laura and Jonathan, will be on hand to chat through any questions you may have and talk you through the process.
Busy Bees look for established, high quality childcare providers with enthusiastic and committed staff in locations where there is a good level of demand for childcare provision.
Any conversations had or information shared regarding your business or thoughts of selling will always remain strictly confidential.
Timescales can vary depending on the nature of the nursery being sold, however a typical sale would take around 4 months from receiving all information required. We then undertake a 3-month phased integration period after the sale has completed during which we meet your managers, staff and parents and answer any questions they may have. Our main focus is ensuring this transition period is as smooth and minimally disruptive to parents and staff as possible.
Your team's wellbeing and happiness matters to us. They are crucial to the success of the nursery and are one of the key reasons why we choose to acquire particular settings. We pride ourselves on supporting, training and retaining existing staff, offering enhanced training opportunities, an exciting international talent exchange programme, plentiful benefits packages, competitive rates of pay, ample career development opportunities, and most importantly, a positive, nurturing working environment.
