Hello, my name is Natasha Jarrom, and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees Blaby.
I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, having been involved in the childcare sector since 2005. My extensive experience encompasses all areas of childhood studies, and I serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the nursery. As a parent whose children have experienced nursery and with my youngest still attending, I truly appreciate the significance of these early years. This personal insight informs the high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding that I prioritise in our setting. Ensuring your children’s wellbeing, safety, and happiness is always my foremost concern. I thoroughly enjoy meeting all the families and providing our children with the best possible start in life, preparing them for the next stages ahead.
I also take great pleasure in developing a dedicated team who shares my passion for giving children the very best beginnings. Together, we strive to ensure that our nursery is a place where children feel confident, valued, and excited to learn every day.
