Hello my name is Sarah. I gained my CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education at college. I then went onto begin working in a nursery. When starting my career in childcare I worked as a support staff member, covering staff holidays and absences. I then gained a permanent position within the nursery. Over the years I have worked my way up throughout different roles to the position I am in today. During my time managing a nursery before joining Busy Bees I decided to take on a new challenge and completed my Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies around my working hours. 

I have worked with Busy Bees since 2015 where I took on my role as Assistant Centre Director. I have supported the team through the years and have worked within many of the rooms alongside the staff. I had a short break in my time at Busy Bees to have my son. Upon my return, my son began nursery and is flourishing from his time here. 

Within my new role I am looking forward to supporting my team to ensure that the children within our care get the best start in life.
