Hello, my name is Louise and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Oxford Ladygrove.

I have been in childcare for 29 years and have loved every role I have played. I am passionate about guiding and supporting children while they learn and grow and ensuring they reach their full potential. I enjoy a challenge and like to involve my team in solving problems and enhancing spaces to achieve new and exciting areas for children to explore, drawing on their wants and needs.

The team at Ladygrove are just amazing. I am so pleased that my daughter spends her day with such a wonderful caring team. From a note wishing her a happy first birthday when she wasn't in nursery (thank you Rachel) to a note asking how she was when I had to take her to A&E due to a rash, and the team made sure I had enough supplies to take with me (thank you Kelly & Mel) to the million small moments that make them such a great nursery and fantastic team (thank you Louise, Iby, Chloe, Charlotte, Natasha, Jennifer, Lillie-Mae and all of the team that make Bombos such a special place for the little ones)

My little one, loves the nursery and the staff. They are a fantastic team, its the small things that make a big difference - a happy birthday note on her birthday when she wasn't in, the support when she was porrly was fabulous.
