At Treetops Epsom Day Nursery and Preschool we absolutely love to play, create and educate together.
We know how important your child’s safety, development and preschool education is to you. That’s why every child at Treetops Epsom is assigned their very own key carer to ensure that we can provide you and your little ones with continuous assessment and the very best in quality childcare.
Our Outstanding Treetops Epsom Day Nursery and Preschool enjoys a tranquil location on The Parade close to Epsom Town Hall and a short stroll to Epsom Town Centre.
A beautiful white two-storey building, Treetops Epsom Nursery was a former Doctor’s surgery and has been converted into a spacious nursery and preschool environment.
Commuting parents love Treetops Epsom Nursery due to the convenience of Epsom Railway Station – just 5 minutes away with fast trains to London Victoria and London Waterloo.
We have a private driveway for convenient drop-offs and pick-ups and on-site parking for visitors to the nursery.
Our passionate and highly qualified childcare team creates a truly home from home learning environment for children aged 12 weeks up to the age of 5.
An Outstanding Ofsted report, perfect near-town location, and strong teaching credentials are just a few of the reasons that parents choose Treetops Epsom Day Nursery and Preschool over other childcare settings.
Children at Treetops Epsom are cared for in 4 separate age-dependent rooms with a curriculum devised in line with the EYFS statutory framework. Our rooms are bright and airy and enjoy a cosy home-from-home feel, designed to settle and relax babies and children into the nursery environment. Our baby room enjoys its own oasis of calm on the first floor of the nursery.
The passionate and highly qualified childcare team delivers a programme of stimulating and exciting activities and experiences to navigate children through key childhood milestones. From arts and crafts, messy play and sensory play to home corner and role play there’s lots to do to challenge enquiring minds.
We also maximise the skills and talents of our in-house team and offer cooking clubs with our chef, music classes and Spanish lessons.
Though fun is the order of the day every day we begin to gently introduce more structure in our preschool rooms and deliver the foundations you’d expect for lifelong learning – phonics, literacy and elemental mathematics plus key social skills to help your little ones become confident and independent.
Outdoor play is an important part of our learning programme and we offer play areas for under 2’s and over 2’s. There’s a separate nature garden where we grow our own vegetables, often used in nursery meals and Treetops Epsom children also enjoy a mud kitchen café, a bug hotel and a dinosaur swamp.
After safety and security, an outstanding education provision is often high on parents’ priority lists when it comes to choosing a nursery school. Treetops Epsom Day Nursery and Preschool is proud to have a team of highly-trained and educated staff well-placed to maximise the potential of every child and prepare them for ‘big school’. That’s why we are a sought –after preschool in the Surrey borders.
Among the team we have a full-time qualified preschool teacher during term-time and a manager with a degree in Early Years Education. Our team is committed to their own continuous professional development and we have Makaton and British Sign Language trained staff.
Our preschool children typically go on to neighbouring schools including Stamford Green Primary School, Epsom, St Martin’s CE Primary School, Epsom and St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Epsom
We offer all age groups the opportunity to take part in extra-curricular activities. There’s music and movement classes for babies and young toddlers from Happy Quavers, music and dance classes for 2-3 year olds from Tiny Tunes and Debutots for 3 – 5 year olds – a unique blend of interactive storytelling and dramatic play.
We also get out and about in the local community and enjoy walks to nearby Rosebury Park where we feed the ducks. We also visit the local Epsom Theatre and lots of other local locations.
