Hello, I’m Alana Mustafaraj, the Centre Director at Montessori by Busy Bees Finchley.

With over 18 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to supporting children to reach their full potential, with a particular focus on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). I began my journey in primary education in 2008 before moving into the early years sector in 2019. Since then, I have worked in senior leadership roles both across the UK and internationally, developing high-quality learning environments that place children and families at the heart of everything we do.
I am passionate about creating inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to explore, discover, and develop through play. Working in partnership with families and colleagues, I strive to ensure each child receives the individual support they need to flourish, building strong foundations for lifelong learning and wellbeing.
