Hello, I’m Michelle Cox, the Centre Director at Montessori by Busy Bees Finchley.
I joined the Busy Bees family in early 2019 and hold a foundation degree in Early Years Education and Children’s Services. My top priority is to ensure that every child receives the best possible start in life. Throughout my journey, I have experience in various Early Years settings and love collaborating with our amazing team, families, and children to achieve outstanding outcomes for everyone involved. 
I have a genuine passion for creating exciting, enabling environments, often exploring these spaces with the children to extend their learning and create moments of awe and wonder. 
Additionally, I hold a Level 3 diploma in Special Educational Needs and have worked closely with the local authority to support the diverse needs of all children in our care. My goal is to ensure that every child can thrive inclusively and reach their full potential with us.
As a parent of two amazing children, I understand the perspective of both an educator and a parent. This drives me to ensure our curriculum supports each child's journey towards reaching their maximum potential. I look forward to working together to make a positive impact in our children’s lives!
