Director

Nicole Kelly

Hi, my name is Nicole and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees Holme Park Day Nursery.

I have been part of the nursery family since March 2016, and it has been a truly rewarding journey. I originally joined the team as the Nursery Chef, but over the years I have developed my skills, knowledge and passion for early years education, working my way up to my current role as Centre Director.
In 2021, I achieved my Level 3 qualification, further strengthening my understanding of children’s development and the importance of providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for every child.
Having grown alongside the nursery, I am incredibly proud of how far I have come and feel very fortunate to lead a dedicated team who share my passion for giving children the best possible start in life.
I believe that every child is unique, and I am committed to creating a welcoming nursery where children feel happy, valued, confident and excited to learn and grow.

Meet the amazing team

What
Reading, Holme Park
parents say

Could not wish for a better nursery and caring staff. Highly recommend.

Our daughter has been going to Busy Bees since August last year when she turned 1. She's so happy there and gets excited to go. She eats well, sleeps well and does varied activities throughout her time - whether it be music, drawing, reading or using the play equipment outside. She's a very confident little girl and I know in part this is to do with the interaction she has at Busy Bees. She adores her key worker and is very fond of several others and will always try and have a cuddle. I get a daily update through the app and when I pick her up and the communication is great. We really couldn't be happier with the care she gets and all the staff are great.

Our son has really enjoyed being at busy bees. The staff are dedicated and friendly. They do a range of fun activities throughout the day and we cannot believe how well the fun activities And staff have helped him develop and grow as well as learn phonics and maths ready school. Would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.
