Hello and welcome to Busy Bees Plymouth, my name is Lynsey Carroll and I am the centre director.

I have worked in Early Years for over eleven years and with in that time I have achieved my Level 5 in leadership and management in Early Years. I have worked across different settings in managerial and senior leadership positions. I enjoy the hands on approach of being a manager and role modelling practice to my staff team. 
I look forward to welcoming you to our fantastic childcare setting in Plymouth.

We would highly recommend Busy Bees nursery. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely care about children’s happiness and development. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, with lots of engaging activities that help children learn and grow. We love the facilities they have and the outside space. Communication with parents is excellent through the new app, and it’s clear how much love and effort goes into everything they do.
